Pharo Schools Kenya LLP (PSK), a subsidiary of Pharo Foundation, is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced School Counsellor on a consultancy basis to provide counselling, advisory, and training support to students, teachers, and staff.

We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical School Improvement Consultant to support the review and strengthening of school performance.

The consultant will work closely with school leadership to conduct a comprehensive assessment of current practices, identify performance gaps, and develop a structured School Improvement Plan (SIP). The role will focus on improving student learning outcomes, strengthening teaching quality, and enhancing school leadership and management systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in primary education, school evaluation, and strategic planning, with the ability to translate findings into clear, practical, and actionable improvements.

The IT and AI Systems Intern will support the organization’s digital and technology initiatives by contributing to AI model testing, data workflows, IoT system maintenance, and general IT support. The role is designed to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen internal systems, and ensure seamless support to core teams.

A significant portion of this role, including content drafts, image editing, SEO audits, accessibility reviews, copy iteration, can be accelerated with the right tools. This role focuses on owning and coordinating central operational initiatives, ensuring consistent standards, strong execution, and effective collaboration across teams and geographies. The successful candidate will work closely with the COO and country teams to drive progress on priority programmes, support cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen operational discipline across the organisation.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the centre of the organisation, combining project management, programme ownership, and operational coordination.
