The Partnerships Manager will be at the forefront of increasing scale and impact to our organization's missions through partnerships with other organisations. The role will be particularly focused on creating and growing partnerships with corporate entities with an environmental, social and governance agenda aligned with Pharo Foundation’s vision. The manager will identify corporates with a specific interest in social responsibility and a specific expertise which is complementary to the expertise available at Pharo Foundation and contributes to the achievement of our missions. Based on this dual criterion, the role holder will develop a pipeline of potential/existing corporate partners in the UK, Europe, US and Africa, then feeding back to the global and local teams, to identify which collaboration could amplify our reach and impact.
School-based Mentor (ECE and Primary Education)
We are seeking a School-based Mentor to implement a capacity-building programme for both ECE and primary school teachers across various schools in Rwanda. This is a new and critical position in our organisation that will require a skilled pedagogue with expertise in diverse teaching methodologies, effective communication, adaptability to diverse learning styles, proven leadership and mentorship skills, specialised subject knowledge, technology integration, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
