Pharo Foundation is seeking an experienced consultant to support the design and development of the Arts Education Initiative’s academic and learning framework. The consultant will lead and facilitate curriculum development workshops, guide the creation of the school’s academic structure and pedagogical model, and collaborate closely with the operations and leadership teams to translate ideas into a practical and scalable curriculum roadmap.

An early priority for the consultant will be to identify and design 2–3 short courses suitable for launch in the near term, providing immediate programming momentum while laying the groundwork for the school's longer-term academic vision.

Pharo Schools Kenya LLP (PSK), a subsidiary of Pharo Foundation, is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced School Counsellor on a consultancy basis to provide counselling, advisory, and training support to students, teachers, and staff.

We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical School Improvement Consultant to support the review and strengthening of school performance.

The consultant will work closely with school leadership to conduct a comprehensive assessment of current practices, identify performance gaps, and develop a structured School Improvement Plan (SIP). The role will focus on improving student learning outcomes, strengthening teaching quality, and enhancing school leadership and management systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in primary education, school evaluation, and strategic planning, with the ability to translate findings into clear, practical, and actionable improvements.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Summer Program English Teachers to support students from kindergarten to Grade 5 during the 2026 Summer Program. 

This program focuses on strengthening students’ English fluency, communication skills, and confidence through engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate teaching methods. Teachers will play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and structured learning environment, supporting both academic growth and social development. 

The ideal candidates will be adaptable educators who can tailor their teaching approaches to different age groups, from early childhood learners to upper primary students. 

We are seeking qualified and passionate Kindergarten Teachers for both English and Arabic subjects who are dedicated to helping young children learn and grow. Our teachers have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by creating a joyful learning environment through play-based and hands-on activities.
