The Consultant (Senior Project Engineer) is Pharo Foundation’s principal technical representative on the project. The role exists to ensure that the Client’s interests in quality, time, cost, risk and reputation are robustly and proactively protected throughout the remainder of construction, commissioning, handover and the Defects Notification Period — without duplicating or undermining the contractual authority of the Consultant (Urko Sanchez Architects) under the FIDIC framework.
